Create and Lead a Focused Symposium at SEMIT 2027
SEMIT 2027 welcomes academics, researchers, research groups, and institutional partners to propose and organize a symposium (mini-conference) within the framework of the conference.
A symposium provides an opportunity to build a focused scientific program around a specialized or emerging topic related to the scope of SEMIT 2027. Symposia may also be organized in collaboration with a university, research institute, professional association, or other organization, creating a platform for institutional cooperation, international knowledge exchange, and engagement among researchers and professionals with shared interests.
A proposed symposium may incorporate the following components:
A focused scientific program dedicated to a specific topic that falls within or complements the themes and scope of SEMIT 2027.
Two to four interactive panel sessions featuring academics, researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, or other specialists who can exchange perspectives on current developments, challenges, research directions, and emerging opportunities in the selected field.
Dedicated scientific sessions featuring approximately 10 to 24 research papers related to the theme of the symposium.
Organizing a symposium offers both individual and institutional opportunities to contribute to the scientific program of SEMIT 2027.
The symposium organizer will receive an official certificate recognizing their contribution and role as a Symposium Organizer at SEMIT 2027.
The organizer's university, research institute, or organization may be acknowledged as a Co-Organizer of the Symposium. This collaboration may be highlighted through the conference website, relevant announcements and promotional materials, and communications with international academic and professional networks.
Eligible symposium organizers may receive financial support from the conference, subject to the applicable conditions and symposium arrangements. Please contact the conference organizers for further information regarding available support.
To initiate a symposium proposal, please send the proposed symposium title to scicoord@refconf.com with the email subject: “SEMIT 2027 – Symposium Proposal”
