Lead a Panel at SEMIT 2027

SEMIT 2027 invites academics, researchers, and industry experts to propose and chair thematic panels as part of the conference program. Serving as a Panel Chair provides an opportunity to bring together scholars and professionals working on a common research area, stimulate focused scientific exchange, and contribute to the development of the SEMIT 2027 program.

Thematic Paper Collection

A panel should include at least five papers addressing a common or closely related research theme. There is no maximum limit on the number of papers that may be included.

Invited and Conference Submissions

Panel Chairs are encouraged to invite researchers from their academic and professional networks to contribute papers. Relevant papers submitted independently to SEMIT 2027 may also be assigned to the panel, subject to their thematic suitability and the conference review process.

Dedicated Poster

A customized poster will be prepared for each approved panel. Panel Chairs can use the poster to introduce and promote their panel among colleagues, students, research communities, and professional networks through channels such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

One paper submission will be free of charge, and a 50% discount on the registration fee will be offered for a second paper submission.

02 — RECOGNITION

Official Recognition

Each Panel Chair will receive an official certificate acknowledging their role and contribution as a Panel Chair at SEMIT 2027.

Researchers interested in organizing a panel at SEMIT 2027 are invited to send the following information to

CV of the proposed Panel Chair
Proposed panel title
Affiliation and a photo of the Panel Chair for the conference website and promotional materials
Names, affiliations, and photos of proposed panel members, if available (optional)
WhatsApp number for follow-up communication, if required
