User Guide

The organizers of SEMIT 2027 invite faculty members, academics, university students, researchers, educators, and industry professionals to contribute their latest research findings, innovative approaches, and industrial case studies to the conference.

Submissions should be made through the official SEMIT 2027 submission system in one of the following formats:

  1. Abstract: 150–250 words
  2. Full Paper

Submitted full papers before the conference (the specified deadline) will undergo a review process and may be selected for possible publication in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) Book Series. The Springer CCIS volume is planned for publication before the conference. Other papers will be selected for submission to one of the designated journals listed on the conference website.

Authors who prefer to participate initially with an abstract may submit an abstract for consideration for presentation at SEMIT 2027. Following the conference, they may submit the corresponding full paper for evaluation and possible submission to one of the designated journals.

We also encourage participants to help expand the SEMIT scientific community by sharing information about SEMIT 2027 with colleagues, research groups, students, and professional networks.

For questions regarding submission or participation, please contact the conference organizers at semit@refconf.com.

To register and submit your contribution, please use the SEMIT 2027 online submission system.

The same submission procedure applies to manuscripts written in English and Turkish.

Your Paper, Your Way

At the initial submission stage, authors may submit their manuscripts without following a specific publication template. If a paper is accepted for publication in the Springer CCIS Book Series or selected for submission to one of the designated journals, the authors will subsequently be asked to prepare the manuscript according to the applicable publication guidelines.

Important Points for Authors

  • The main manuscript must be uploaded as a single MS Word (.docx) file.
  • A Full Paper should include the title, author name(s), affiliations, corresponding author information, abstract, keywords, and main text. The main text will typically contain the Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Tables and Figures with appropriate captions, Conclusion, and References.
  • An Abstract submission should include the title, author name(s), affiliations, corresponding author information, abstract, and keywords.
  • Please enter all authors’ names in the correct order during online submission. The author information entered in the submission system must correspond exactly to the information provided in the manuscript.
